4 Apps To Keep Your Life in Order

Life as a momtrepreneur and wife gets hectic. I’ve been known to max out my multi-tasking efforts before 8 a.m. – you moms out there who review speech notes while packing lunches know exactly what I mean.

So I rely on a few trusted apps to help me organize, focus and communicate. My to-do list is clear, I’m never without important documents, and I can keep others up to speed on the things they’ve missed.
These 4 time-saving apps snagged a spot on my screen this month.

1.    Wunderlist helps me create personal task lists, like my grocery list (no more trying to remember if Drew said Wheat Thins or Bagel Thins!). We can both manage the lists from our own accounts making it easy to access the list at the store and know that it is the latest version.  It also houses items we need for our home projects, and syncs with all our devices so we can add and view tasks wherever we are.

2.    Dropbox keeps important papers secure so I can access them anywhere. It also automatically stores my smartphone photos, which makes it super easy to show the grandparents! I share documents, music and graphics without having to email links – very convenient.

3.    Evernote separates my blog content, videos, images and decorating ideas in to handy digital notebooks. From my account, I share certain notebooks with Drew, so we can share the information.  It’s great because Drew can easily access room-dimension info when shopping for home-improvement items. That means there’s a great chance that cool mirror he bought will fit on the wall!  Plus, I can take a photo of a note that I wrote on paper making it instantly available on all my devices and even searchable!

4.    Pocket allows me to keep up on the content I crave. I send articles and interesting images to Pocket, and then review them later. Everything is sorted by content, so sharing is a breeze on Twitter or Pinterest. Gotta love that.  Who knew you could get so much done even while standing in line at the grocery store!

So on the  mornings where I’m gearing up to tout a new product while trying desperately to slow down Chase and feed Carson, I can breathe a little easier knowing that my appointments are saved, our vacation pictures are safe and Drew can check out that cool chandelier I like … on his time.

Magical Moments with Baby Magic!

Even before I was a mom, I could remember babysitting kids that used Baby Magic.  I would always love giving them baths and then putting lotion on them because then my hands would smell so fresh -- just like a baby.  There is no smell that compares!

It was so great to receive some new products from Baby Magic in the mail.  There was one in particular that fascinated me --- The No Rinse Wash.  Pure genius! I can't tell you the number of times this product could have come in handy when Chase was little.  Even now, I'm sure we could use it!  Trust me, this product will be a staple item in Carson's diaper bag.

The next two products were the Soft Cotton Blooms Hair and Body Wash and the Lavendar and Chamomile Calming Lotion.  Both of these smelled SOO good!  The boys' hair smelled fresh even a couple hours after the bath and the lotion was the perfect last step before going down for the night.  You can't go wrong with a calming lotion!

You can find Baby Magic products at retailors like Amazon, Walgreens, Toys R Us, Walmart, and more!  Find a location nearest you on their website.

New Direction and New Look -- It's Swonderful!

I've been told that no one likes change except a baby with a dirty diaper.  While this is very true, I'm happy to have some changes coming to my blog, videos, and overall outlook!  Tweetheart TV was born in 2010 and had a focus of changes and tips for social media and new apps that were being released.  Although I still have a focus on social media and technology, my personal life has been coming through more of my videos lately and it has been FUN!

I've been doing more lifestyle videos with GoPro and focusing on apps, websites, and products that make my life easy!  Some are high-tech products and others are just simple products that I can't wait to share with everyone else!

Plus, I'm continuing to work with brands as a spokesperson and digital correspondent.  More of these vidoes will be popping up as well.

I'm really excited to have a new focus and to share the fun I'm having as a mom of two boys!  Chase is already having fun with videos and little Carson will be featured in a brand video in the spring!

Exciting times and I can't wait to share more!  Thanks for always keeping up with my journey!

Staying Refreshed at SXSW with Cottonelle

SXSW Interactive was in full swing this weekend and it was fun to be one of the Social Correspondents for Cottonelle's Refresh Lounge.  The news was passed quickly of how cool the space as well as the amazing services that were provided -- shoe shines, massages, hair and makeup refreshing, drinks, device charging, changing rooms, and lockers -- awesome list, right?

On Thursday, I received a fun package in the mail to get me "refreshed" for the event!  I was prepared for everything!

When arriving at the lounge on Friday, it was fun to see these signs all around the room!

There were many of my friends in town for SXSW, so it was fun to have them stop by!

Group selfie!! (Shauna Causey, Derek Overbey, Liza Sperling)

Busy days, but such a great time with the Cottonelle team!  The lounge is open till Tuesday, so if you are still at SXSW, be sure to stop in and relax, refresh, and don't forget to talk about BUMS! :)
